Taking intentional steps toward better health doesn't have to be boring! Grab this Bingo card to help you keep track of your new habits and have some fun while doing it!

Print out this card and tape it into your planner, keep it at your desk or place it on the fridge so that you can check off your daily habits. Once you get a ‘bingo' do something fun (and still healthy!) to celebrate:

  • Do something FUN! Dance, play a board game, do a puzzle, just let your inner child play!
  • Try a delicious collagen latte with Inner Beauty Collagen.
  • Add a new supplement to your routine (Master Formula or Mineral Essence are great options!)
  • Relax with a long soak in the tub. Grab a Stress Away bath bomb, fire up your diffuser with Lavender, Vanila & Grapefruit, grab a book from the Book Club list and settle in.

IDEAS FOR USING THE YOUNG AT HEART BINGO CARD

  • Tape it to the inside of your planner to help you keep track of your new habits. Print out one per week!
  • Snail mail! Print one sided and use the other side as a postcard to send some snail mail to your team, your friends and family.
  • Send a printable to your Brand Partners with a note of encouragement.
  • Include a printed copy in a housewarming, birthday, wedding or baby shower gift along with a sample from one of the recipes.
  • Print and use washi tape to attach a roller, spray or diffuser bomb (a pre-made blend without water in an empty 5 or 15mL oil bottle) and give as incentives, at an inperson class, or simply hand out to your friends, neighbors, etc. Remember to lovingly follow up with your people to see what they thought about the sample!
  • Print and use in welcome packages for people who order using your link.
