School's out for the summer, but we aren't getting lax on our wellness habits. Even still, cultivating great health doesn't have to be boring!! Join us by filling in this Bingo card as you take daily steps to create health habits that last.

Print out this Bingo card and tape it into your planner, keep it at your desk or place it on the fridge so that you can check off your daily habits. Once you get a ‘bingo' do something fun (and still healthy!) to celebrate:

  • Create a new perfume blend with Citrus Fresh.
  • Make a glow serum to use every evening with Blue Tansy.
  • Add a new supplement to your routine (Master Formula or Mineral Essence are great options!)
  • Grab a book from the book club.
  • Make a NingXia Spritzer with NingXia Red, sparkling water, Grapefruit Vitality and NingXia Zyng.
