Cultivating great health doesn't have to be boring!! Join us this month by filling in this Bingo card as you take daily steps to show up for yourself and your family and create great wellness habits!!

Print out this Bingo card and tape it into your planner, keep it at your desk or place it on the fridge so that you can check off your daily habits. Once you get a ‘bingo' do something fun (and still healthy!) to celebrate:

  • Create a new roller blend with your kids
  • Take a relaxing bath with epsom salt and oils
  • Pick up a new book from the September Book List
  • Make your favorite healthy meal or try a new recipe - let the kids lead!
  • Find a new park or walking trail to enjoy
  • Have a family game night with your favorite board games, cards or puzzles!

Remember that making these small, daily changes has a huge impact over time!
