PEACE AND CALMING & EMOTIONS
Peace and Calming is an incredible tool when it comes to emotional health! The Blue Tansy in this blend is specifically supportive of calming the Central Nervous System, whether you need to calm down from a busy day, intense emotions, or set the stage for sleep.
This oil is one of our favorite ‘tantrum tamers' – especially for kids! When you need it, simply apply Peace & Calming to the chest and back and help your little ones ground themselves. For some children this is through gentle touch, massage or a light back scratch (it helps them reconnect with their bodies). You can also try snuggling them up in a blanket for somatic grounding. Other children like movement, so finding a swing or holding them and swaying back and forth. As you do these movements, help them inhale Peace & Calming, take deep, cleansing breaths, and possibly repeat a soothing statement to them that will calm and ground them (I am here. You are safe. I've got you.). Continue until the child feels calm!
When using oils for deeper emotions, consistency and stopping as much in the moment as possible are key. Grab Peace & Calming and breathe deeply when you are feeling out of control, out of balance, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
For when you feel out of control and out of your depth, focus on balance and healthy boundaries as these can be the opposite of out of control. Using Peace & Calming on your stomach, focusing on the mantra "I am content" or “I am safe” can help quell strong desires to be in control. Control is something we often seek subconsciously and don't notice until we feel a lack of it. Peace & Calming can be a huge help in this area, especially when used with intention and frequency!
When you feel unwanted or unlovable, Peace & Calming can help. Often, feelings of deep unease, instability, and moodiness are born from this deep false belief about ourselves. Often our hormones become out of balance when we feel deep sadness and unease. Also, imbalanced hormones can cause these sad feelings and beliefs, creating a cycle that just keeps feeding itself. Peace & Calming can help with both the feelings and hormonal balance! Diffuse, inhale and apply this oil as you work through these emotions.

PEACE & CALMING II ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND
Peace & Calming II is a variation of Peace & Calming that does not include Blue Tansy. Peace & Calming II includes Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, German Chamomile, Vetiver, Cistus, Bergamot, Cassia, Davana, and Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oils and can be used similarly to Peace & Calming (the original formulation). Peace & Calming II includes some really wonderful grounding and focusing oils like Vetiver and Spruce as well as alerting and cleansing oils like Cistus and Cassia, making it great for calming the respiratory system as well as the emotions!
