Cultivating great health doesn't have to be boring!! Join us by filling in this Healthy Habits Bingo card as you take daily steps to show up for yourself and your family and create great wellness habits that last.

Print out this Bingo card and tape it into your planner, keep it at your desk or place it on the fridge so that you can check off your daily habits. Once you get a ‘bingo' do something fun (and still healthy!) to celebrate:

  • Create a new roller blend for your immune system
  • Make a DIY from the Winter Handbook
  • Try a new diffuser blend while you take a shower with one of the DIY Shower Melts from the January Drop
  • Take a relaxing bath with epsom salt and a few drops of Frankincense oil
  • Try a new healthy recipe (bone broth hot cocoa anyone?!)
  • Have a family game night with your favorite board games, cards or puzzles!
  • Try a new walking trail or park.
